My father died earlier this month in a care facility in Kansas City, so arrangements were handled there. But when I called Sisk-Butler for help opening urns from my mother's service, they were happy to help me with that; and they were over-the-top helpful with filling out and submitting paperwork to the VA so that my father can receive his full benefits. They truly do go above and beyond!
