Sylvia Mason

Sylvia “Sybie” Williams Mason, passed away at Atrium Health Cleveland on Monday, October 5, 2020. She was born June 19, 1946 in Cleveland County to the late Rev. James Edward “Buddy” and Virginia McDaniel Williams.

She is preceded in death by her sons Aaron and Chris Barrett.

She loved her family, cats, and her church.

Left to cherish her memories is her husband Bill Mason of Kings Mountain; son Jimmy Barrett (Barbie) of Kings Mountain; grandchild Alec Barrett; goddaughter Christy Hutchins of Kings Mountain; sister Carolyn Edmiston of Garden City, South Carolina; and the father of her children Tommy Barrett of Kings Mountain.

All services will be private.
