Douglas Frank Cook, 49, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2019 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center. He was born June 22, 1969 in Cleveland County to the late Douglas Frank Cook, Sr and Nova Dian Cook.
Left to cherish his memories are his brothers David Cook and wife Wanda of Shelby and Richard Cook and wife Gina of Belmont; sister Ruth Benefield and husband Lynn of Alabama; numerous nieces and nephews.
His memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services with Pastor Chris Seagle officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5::00 to 6:00 pm Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the funeral home prior to the service.
