Ronald Dean "Ronnie", Farris 69, of Bessemer City passed away at home on Saturday December 24, 2016. He was born on November 27, 1947 in Gaston County to the late Christopher Columbus and Betty Elizabeth Owensby Farris.

Ronnie was a Veteran of the United States Army

His graveside service will be held at 11am Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery with Dr. Gene Ware and Rev. Patrick Conley officiating and military rites by the Bessemer City American Legion Honor Guard Post 263.
