RILEY BLAKE ADAMS
Riley Blake Adams, 7 month-old daughter of Joseph Lee and Kayla Self Adams, passed away January 12, 2017, at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte. She was born on June 1, 2016, in Lincoln County, NC.
In addition to her parents, she leaves behind her brother, Kayden; maternal grandfather, Dwayne Self; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Rhonda Love, Danny and Rhonda Adams; maternal aunt, Katie Self; paternal uncles, Aaron and Samuel Adams; paternal great-grandparents, Morris and Doris Self, Donald and Sarah Hamm; paternal great-grandmother, Jean Trantham; paternal great-grandparents, Boyd and Shirley Adams; great aunt, Jennifer Trantham.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Valerie Self; paternal great-grandfather, Carl Trantham; paternal step-great-grandfather, Allen Love.
Riley's family will receive friends Saturday from 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm at Philadelphia Lutheran Church in Dallas.
Her funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm with Rev. Dick Schroeder, Pastor Jonathan Weant and Pastor Roger Parsons officiating.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
