Mildred Tathern Johnson Sellers, 79, passed away on Wednesday May 30, 2018 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. She was born January 29, 1939 in McDowell County to late Floyd and Annie Johnson.
In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Dwight "Buddy" Sellers; brother Jack Johnson; sister Frances Gammon.
Left to cherish her memories are her nephew Raymond Johnson; cousin Shirley Finley; friend Sue Morgan.
Her family will receive friends from1 to 2 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2018 at Sisk-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services, Bessemer City.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm Friday, June 1, 2018 at Hollywood Cemetery, Gastonia with Jerry Millwood officiating.
