Lucas Davis

Lucas Steven "Luke" Davis, 25, passed away May 31, 2017. He was born on October 2, 1991 and was the son of Judy Scruggs Davis and the late Steven Davis.

Luke attended Highland School of Technology. He graduated from Bessemer City High School and attended Gaston College. He is remembered as an artist, writer and actor by his friends and family. He was also known for his love of music and his ability to find just the right song for anyone. He was a faithful blood donor and regularly grew his hair long to donate it to Locks of Love.

He is survived by his mother Judy Scruggs Davis, sister Katie Davis, godfather Gary Belair, and many friends and family members.

He was preceded in death by his father Steven Davis.

His celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 2:00 - 3:30 pm at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Service, Bessemer City
