Loretta Griffin

Loretta Connard Griffin, 66, passed away on Sunday February 11, 2018, at home. She was born in Gaston County, daughter to Katherine Haynie Connard of Bessemer City and the late William Connard.

Loretta was owner and operator of Little "L" Bar and Grill.

She was preceded in death by her partner of 11 years, Mark Smith, and her brothers, Vincent, William, Cotton, Gary, Ricky, Johnny, and Denny.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son Jimmy Griffin and wife Amy of Bessemer City; and her daughter, Donna Griffin Owens and husband Scott of Bessemer City; grandchildren; Kelsey Griffin, Myami Griffin, Tyler Owens, Brooke Routhier, Alan Routhier. She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Loretta's Life will be held at 4:00 pm Wednesday, February 14, 2018 in the Sisk-Butler Chapel with Rev. Jerry Millwood officiating.

Her family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 pm prior to her service at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services, Bessemer City.
