Joyce Buchanan Scott, 68, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. She was born March 4, 1950 in Gaston County, daughter of the late Ray and Sue Moore Buchanan.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband Jesse Scott, son Bryan Scott of the home; daughter Amy Manka and husband Joe of Silver Thorn, Colorado; grandchildren; Bradley Scott, Cali Manka and Jessica Manka.
A Celebration of Joyce's life will be held at 2pm Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church, Bessemer City with Pastor Fain Farmer officiating.
Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
Her family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, July 13, 2018 at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services, Bessemer City.
