James Ledford

James Gary Ledford, Sr., 67, passed away on Saturday October 21, 2016 in Robbinsville, NC. He was born on October 21, 1949 in Gaston County, to the late Stanley and Josie Barker Ledford.

He was preceded in death by five sisters and 1 brother.

Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife of 39 years, Brenda K. Ledford; sons, Gary Ledford Jr of Gastonia and Shane Ledford of Kings Mountain; daughters, Rhonda Teague and husband Danard of Lenior and Rhoda Moore of Gastonia; sister, Marcene Walters and husband Mike of Gastonia; brother, Leslie Ledford and wife Diane of Gastonia; grandchildren; Gary Ledford III, Dylan Ledford, Travin Odom, Selena Salgado, Adam Salgado, and Caitlin Collins.

James loved his family and was always willing to help others.

His funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Simmons officiating.

Burial will be private.

The family will receive friends from 12 to 12:45 prior to the funeral at the funeral home.
