MIKE HARRIS

James Michael Harris, 65, went to be with The Lord on Tuesday May 1, 2018. He was born May 14, 1952 in Gaston County to Barbara Hance Spencer and the late Virgil Harris.

Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife of 41 years, Patsy Parr Harris; his mother, Barbara Hance Spencer; daughters; Katrinka Harris of Middletown, NJ, Stacy Daro and husband Mike of Elk Ridge, MD, and Jessie Robinson of Kings Mountain; sisters, Donna Blackwell, Diane Wery, and Sandy Ertzberger all of Dallas; brother, Richard Hoefner of Dallas; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

James was a loving husband, father, and son.

His family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at Sisk-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services, Bessemer City

A Celebration of James' life will be held at 2 pm Saturday, May 5, 2018 in the Sisk-Butler Chapel with Pastor Danny Shortridge officiating.

Interment will follow at Gaston Memorial Park
