Christopher Shawn Ray Hughes, 19, passed away at CaroMont Regional Medical Center on February 12, 2019. He was born in Gaston County.

Chris was attending Gaston College.

Left to cherish his memory is his dad Larry Hughes of Bessemer City; brother Houston Hughes of Dallas; grandmother Kathy Hughes of Bessemer City; best friend Jim Long of Bessemer City.
