Charlie Gamble

Charlie Harrison Gamble, 73, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at home. He was born
September 12, 1945 in Gaston County to the late Joe and Ruth Pierson Gamble.

He was preceded in death by 3 brothers Kenneth Wayne Gamble, John Buddy Gamble and Raymond Gamble, sisters Betty Bobo, Caroline Gamble and Lucy Sizemore.

Left to cherish his memories are his daughters Melinda Gamble of Gastonia and Rebecca Flowers of Jacksonville, Fl.; brother Billy Gamble and wife Teressa of Inman, SC; sisters Katherine Chapman of Smyrna, SC, Diane Tilton of Belmont and Jean Crowley and husband Archie of Cumberland, RI; grandchildren William Flowers of Mt. Holly, Alicia Freeman of Morganton and Matthew Foster of Morganton; great-greatgrandchildren Courtney Foster of Kings Mountain, Nathan Freeman of Morganton and Jonathan Freeman of Morganton; friends, adopted family, and numerous nieces & nephews.

His family will have a memorial breakfast 9 am Sunday Morning, April 21, 2019, at Grits and Greens 125 N. Main St. Lowell, NC.
