Anne Hallman

June 17, 1968 — May 27, 2017

Bessemer City, North Carolina

Anne Marie Hallman, 48 of Bessemer City NC passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 27, at Mission Hospital in Asheville NC. She was a lifelong resident of Gaston County.

Anne was the daughter of the late Ralph and Irene Hallman of Bessemer City.

She was a 1986 graduate of Bessemer City High School and a 1988 graduate of Gaston College in Dallas NC.

Anne was employed at Truliant Federal Credit Union for almost 25 years and most recently operated from the McAdenville branch where she enjoyed helping her members.

She is survived by her sister Vickie Hallman Holland and husband Keith. Brother Bryan Hallman, niece Aubrey Hallman and nephews Keith Holland II and Josh Holland.

In her 48 years, Anne lived her life to its fullest. She loved to travel and spend time with her loving friends. She was up for almost any adventure whether it be skydiving, whitewater rafting or a hot air balloon ride. When she was with her regular crew, they would be the life of the event. She was also a loving sister who would go above and beyond for her family. Anne was loved by, and will be missed by, many.

"Sweet", "Vibrant", "Naughty", "Joyful", "Sarcastic" and "Kind" are all words that have been used to describe her. "Giving" is another word that applies because as an organ donor, she has given several other people a chance at a better life.

Anne was never blessed with children of her own but she had her special "furbabies" Sassy, Chesney, Lola, Piper and Romeo and "featherbaby" Hailey.

A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, June 1st from 6pm until 10pm at the American Legion Post 243 building at 152 Long Creek Church Road Bessemer City NC 28016.
