Anna Pruitt

Anna Lee Fox Pruitt, 95, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2022, at Alexandria Place, Gastonia. She was born on September 26, 1926, in Gaston County, to the late Mae and Foy Fox.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Pruitt; daughter, Lynn Baker; son, Randall Pruitt; grandson, Curtis Pruitt; sisters, Grace, and Wilma; brother, Ernest.

Anna loved her family and grandchildren. She retired from Rex #1 mill.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Debra Underdown, and Danny Pruitt (Pam); sister, Edith Bridges; 7 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

Anna’s graveside service will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Roger Mauney officiating.
