Rae Jeana Wray, 50, of 316 E. Indiana Ave., went to be with Jesus on March 4, 2010. She was born February 22, 1960, in Tampa, Florida.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: 7:00 PM Saturday at Sisk-Butler Funeral Chapel with Rev. Wes Brown officiating.

VISITATION: 5:30-7:00 PM Saturday before the service and other times at the home.

Rae was an active member of First Wesleyan Church in Bessemer City. She was a devoted, loving wife, mother and grandmother. Rae was a free spirit and was loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

SURVIVORS: husband, Michael Fred Wray; sons, Scott Wayne Abernathy Jr., Jason Miles Abernathy and wife Nikki; grandchildren, Katelyn Brooke Abernathy and Austin Tyler Abernathy; parents, Harold and Joyce Jackson; brothers, Gary Jackson and wife Donna, Wesley Jackson and wife Paula; sister, Ramona Sisk and husband David
